City utility customers have the ability to access utility accounts and pay bills online.
If you are a new customer, you can call our Utilities Department during normal business hours at 727-724-1555, option 2 to be given a temporary password. You will need to have a valid, accessible email address for your interactions with our website. Our normal business hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday with the exception of some holidays.
First-Time Sign In
Upon signing in for the first time, you will need to:
Create your password
Designate a hint for the password
Input your email address
You will soon receive an email confirming the information you put into the system. Merely click on the hyperlink in the email to return to the Safety Harbor Utility Billing webpage. From here you can login with your account number and new password to access your account information.
Payments can be made via Visa or Mastercard. All transactions include a nominal convenience fee.
Our online utility billing requires a web browser that supports at least HTML 4.0. If you experience technical difficulties, please make sure you are running the most current version of your web browser.
Please make sure that your computer has the correct time and date.
If you have not received the confirmation or password email, please check your email spam folder in case it was filtered as being junk mail.
If you are unable to log in, it often helps to delete all temporary internet files and cookies from within your web browser. Then close out the browser, open it, then try to log in again.
