  • 2-1-1 Tampa Bay - A 24/7 telephone service that provides crisis intervention/problem-solving counseling and information and referrals on local health and human services.
  • ACCESS Florida - Apply for the Food Assistance Program, Temporary Cash Assistance, and the Medicaid Program.
  • ALPHA House of Pinellas County - Provides housing and supportive services to homeless pregnant women and teens, new mothers with infants, and families experiencing crisis pregnancies.
  • Florida Department of Children and Families - Provides resources and programs for a variety of services to Florida residents.
  • Kimberly Home Pregnancy Resource Center - Provides free pregnancy testing, limited ultrasound, counseling, support, maternity and infant clothing, baby food and diapers, classes, and more.
  • Mattie Williams Neighborhood Family Center - Located in Safety Harbor, provides bill assistance, food, clothing, hygiene products and more to those in need.
  • Pregnancy Center of Pinellas - Provides free pregnancy tests, limited ultrasounds, and other tests as well as education on available options.
  • Suncoast Center - Provides services focusing on three core areas: Child Abuse, Behavioral Health, and Family Stability.
  • WIC - Women, Infants, and Children Program - provides healthy foods, nutrition education and counseling, breastfeeding support, and referrals for health care.

Food, Shelter, & Clothing
  • Clothes to Kids - Provides new and quality used clothing to low-income or in crisis school-age children in Pinellas County, free of charge.
  • Countryside Cares - Helping Hands provides food, clothing, loving support and practical guidance to families, singles, elderly, and the homeless.
  • Daystar Life Center - Provides food, clothing, shelter, and much more to those in need during times of financial hardship.
  • F.E.A.S.T. Food Pantry - Food assistance for residents living in the following zip codes: 34660, 34661, 34677, 34681, 34683, 34684, 34685, 34695 and 34698.
  • Harbor Dish - A community café in Safety Harbor that provides meals for the community.
  • Pinellas Hope - Provides a safe, caring atmosphere where homeless clients are respected and encouraged to progress in a community setting designed to promote individual development and self-sufficiency.
  • Pinellas Safe Harbor - An emergency homeless shelter designed to be a safe haven for those currently homeless and who require services to get back on their feet.
  • Salvation Army Clearwater - Provides food, clothing, furniture, utility, and medication assistance to those in need.
Healthcare Assistance
  • Boley Centers - Offers recovery services, support, rehabilitation, and housing to children, adults and families who are recovering from mental illnesses, substance abuse problems, as well as disadvantaged or disabled youth and adults who have low incomes.
  • Clearwater Free Clinic - Provides comprehensive medical care to uninsured families through volunteerism and community partnerships.
  • Florida Discount Drug Card - A free prescription drug discount card available to all Florida residents without restriction and is accepted at over 60,000 pharmacies nationwide.
  • St. Petersburg Free Clinic - A multi-service, independent, not-for-profit human services agency providing our community neighbors assistance with food, shelter and health care.
Legal Assistance
  • Bay Area Legal Services - Provides free civil legal services to qualified and low-income residents and nonprofits throughout the Tampa Bay area.
  • Community Law Program - A non-profit corporation formed by members of the St. Petersburg Bar Association to serve the civil legal needs of low-income and disadvantaged individuals.
  • Gulf Coast Legal - A non-profit corporation providing free legal assistance to income eligible residents of the greater Tampa Bay area.
  • Legal Self Help Center - Assists Pinellas County citizens representing themselves in court who do not have a private attorney.
Services for Seniors
  • Area Agency on Aging - Plans, coordinates and offers services through state and federal resources that help older adults remain in their own homes.
  • Benefits Check Up - Find benefit programs that can help you pay for medications, health care, food, utilities and more.
  • Emergency Home Energy Assistance for Seniors - Helps seniors 60 years and older pay for electric and gas bills. Eligible residents can receive these benefits twice a year.
  • NeedyMeds - A non-profit web-based resource that offers free information on Patient Assistance Programs & Free Clinics, and also offers a free Drug Discount Card.
  • Neighborly Care Network - An organization that provides health and wellness programs to seniors and their families.
  • SHINE - Serving Health Insurance Needs of Elders can assist you with your Medicare, Medicaid, and health insurance questions by providing one-on-one counseling and information.
  • Social Security Administration - Apply for retirement, disability, and Medicare benefits.
Transportation Assistance
  • Care Ride - Provides wheelchair transport for handicapped and wheelchair bound individuals to the communities within Pinellas and Pasco Counties, Florida.
  • PSTA DART - Demand response transportation services for people who, because of their disability, are unable to independently use the regular, accessible PSTA buses.
  • PSTA Seniors and Disabled Program - Several programs for seniors, those with disabilities, and Medicare recipients to receive a reduced fare.
  • PSTA Transportation Disadvantaged Program - A state-funded program that provides reduced cost transportation throughout the county to residents who qualify as "Transportation Disadvantaged."
