PPLC is a member of Tampa Bay Library Consortium (TBLC) and participates in reciprocal borrowing. A patron must first obtain a library card from their home library system and then register that card with us as a reciprocal borrower. You may apply at the library or online. For a full list of participating libraries, visit the TBLC site. - How can I find out what items are checked out and their due dates?
