PUBLIC APPEARANCE BEFORE THE CITY COMMISSION

1. REQUEST RECOGNITION BY THE MAYOR.

2. COME TO MICROPHONE AND GIVE NAME AND ADDRESS FOR RECORD; MAKE ALL COMMENTS AND QUERIES TO OR THROUGH THE MAYOR. EACH PERSON WILL BE ALLOWED TO SPEAK ONCE ON EACH PUBLIC HEARING ITEM, AND WILL BE ALLOTTED THREE MINUTES IN WHICH TO DO SO.

3. THE "AUDIENCE TO BE HEARD" PORTION OF THE MEETING IS FOR COMMENTS RELATIVE TO ANY CITY RELATED ITEM NOT ON THE AGENDA.

4. CONSENT AGENDA

1. Approval of the September 11, 2017 meeting minutes.

2. Approval of a contract with Stan Cisilski, Inc. in the amount of $26,500 for specified refurbishment of Martin Luther King Jr. Pond.

3. Award a contract to Keystone Excavators in the amount of $264,578.75 plus a 10% contingency of $26,457.88, for a total amount of $291,036.63, for North Bayshore Drive drainage improvements.

4. Award a contract to American Infrastructure Technologies Corporation in the amount of $974,802.00 plus a contingency of $93,160.20, for a total amount of $1,067,962.20, for pipe lining for sanitary sewer and storm sewer.
