Tai Chi at the Rigsby Center
Learn and practice the art of Tai Chi and Qigong. Tai Chi benefits are increased flexibility, balance and range of motion. Qigong is the perfect complement to Tai Chi and is a proven practice for effectively helping you gain Optimal Health, wellness and happiness; helping you Heal physically and enhancing the quality of your life. This class is great for all levels, as well as for people with concerns of high blood pressure, heart disease, arthritis, diabetes, cancer, or PTSD.
