City utility customers have the ability to access utility accounts and pay bills online.
If you are a new customer you will need to have a valid, accessible email address and your utility account pin number for your interactions with our website. Our normal business hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday with the exception of some holidays.
First-Time Sign In
Upon signing in for the first time, you will need to:
Email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain your PIN number, or it can be found on your utility bill.
You will soon receive an email confirming the information you put into the system. Merely click on the hyperlink in the email to return to the Safety Harbor Utility Billing webpage. From here you can login with your account number and new password to access your account information.
Payments can be made via Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. All online transactions include a nominal convenience fee.
Our online utility billing requires a web browser that supports at least HTML 4.0. If you experience technical difficulties, please make sure you are running the most current version of your web browser.
Please make sure that your computer has the correct time and date.
If you have not received the confirmation or password email, please check your email spam folder in case it was filtered as being junk mail.
If you are unable to log in, it often helps to delete all temporary internet files and cookies from within your web browser. Then close out the browser, open it, then try to log in again.
