The City experienced a network disruption. This disruption occurred during utility billing due dates for May utility bills and delayed the June utility bills from being printed and mailed out. For those that pay online, BSA online remains down at this time, we hope to have up and running ASAP.
We understand this experience is frustrating for our customers and we sincerely appreciate your patience during this time. Please know that Utility Billing late fees will NOT be applied to utility bills with due dates beginning June 17th continuing through August 11th. There may be a slight delay in receiving your utility bill, we will be back on track in August.
