Let's get All Together Now this summer at your Safety Harbor Public Library - we have so much planned!
Youth (Ages 0-18) - Youth Summer Reading starts June 5 for ages 5 - 18! Sign up now at safetyharborlibrary.beanstack.org and get ready to read for some awesome prizes. You're invited to a Pete the Cat Story Time Party on June 14 or to check out STREAM Team activities on June 12, 19, and 26. Come celebrate growing up during our Period Party on June 13, decorate to win during Tween Cupcake Wars on June 20, and be an adventurous eater during Chef Adam's Exotic Fruits and Vegetables on June 28. High school students, stay prepared with a Virtual SAT Math Strategies Workshop and a Virtual College Applications Workshop, both on June 10. And of course, our Terrific Tuesday family programming returns each Tuesday during the summer!
Adults - Adult Summer Reading begins June 5 for ages 19+. Register at safetyharborlibrary.beanstack.org, help meet our community goal of 500 books read, and be entered to win great prizes, including $200 worth of local business gift cards! Chess fans of all ages are welcome to Wholistic Wellness Chess Club on June 3, learn about the Roots of Black Music in America with Karlus Trapp on June 8, support the Friends of the Library Book Sale on June 10, learn to boogie with Intro to Line Dancing on June 15, and discover what author Ron Rivers has to say about Self-Actualization in the Age of Crisis on June 29. The Saturday Movie Matinee this month is The Theory of Everything (PG-13, 2014) on June 24.
