adventures continue this July with great programs, fun crafts, and exciting
contests. There's still time to register for our summer reading programs for

library will be closed July 4.
Youth (Ages 0-18) - Summer reading for ages 6 - 18 continues. Log hours read in Beanstack to be eligible for prizes, including a grand prize! Come check out the GABIE Bus and learn about Florida agriculture on July 9, get moving with Zumbini on July 17, and read with trained therapy dogs during Pawsome Readers on July 20. Tweens can design a world all their own during Fantasy Map Making on July 9, discuss the latest title for Tween Graphic Novel Book Club on July 16, capture the sky with Tween Craft To Go - Sky in
a Bottle, available for pick up July 22 - 27, and get spooked with S'Mores & Scary Stories on July 30. Teens can hang out, snack, and chat while watching popular series during Anime and Manga Club on July 9 and join the spooky fun during S'Mores & Scary Stories on July 30. The whole family can enjoy Digeridoo
Down Under on July 16, follow the beat with Giving Tree Drum Circle on July 23, celebrate a new Time Lord during our Doctor Who Party on July 23, and delight in a seafaring adventure with Atlantic
Coast Theatre on July 30. Through August 3, take a picture with your PPLC library card on your adventures this summer and enter our Library Card Travels Contest - three winners will receive a $50 gift card to a local business!
Adults - Adult summer reading continues! Log your reading in Beanstack or on the reading passports provided at the library to help contribute to our community goal of reading 600 books this summer and be entered to win great prizes! Snap a picture of your PPLC library card during your travel adventures this summer and submit it to our Library Card Travels Contest, June 3 - August 3, for a chance to win a $50 gift card to a local business. Add some ukulele to your summer with Summer Strummin' and Jammin' on July 5, join Dr. James Y. Lin for interesting discussions during Wholistic Wellness Lifestyle on July 8, gain some new knowledge with Financial Literacy 101 on July 11, and try some unique flavors during a Salsa
Tasting on July 18.
