1. What is my Zoning and Land Use Designation?

2. Does the City have a Comprehensive Plan?: Yes. A link to the Comprehensive Plan is here.

3. What is a setback?: Setback requirements are based upon your zoning designation, and are the required distances between any structure and the property line. Click here for a brochure on zoning.

4. Does the City have impact fees?: Yes. Impact fees are charged to new construction at the time of building permitting, and are charged for public safety, sanitation, sanitary sewer, transportation, libraries, and parks and recreation. A full schedule of impact fees can be found here.

5. What do I do if I want to annex?: If your property is located within the City’s planning and municipal service area, you may apply to annex into the city. Additional information regarding annexations along with the application can be found here.
