Owner - Sales contract/Purchase agreement. $100 water deposit (cash, check or money order) (inside city limits) Rental - $160 water deposit (inside city limits).

3. How often does the city of Safety Harbor bill?

Utility accounts are billed monthly.

4. What methods of payment can I use to pay my bill?
