Boot Camp

Boot camp is a challenging, fun, and supportive workout! If you are new to exercise or just getting back into it, that's ok. You can go at your own pace and work your way up. The boot camp workout consists of cardio conditioning, strength training and stretching. Every class is different, so no two boot camp sessions are the same.

Senior Strength Training

This strength training class will help you improve your flexibility, balance, core and back which will make your everyday activities easier. Get the workout you need, and most importantly, have fun while doing it!

Pickleball Open Play

Pickleball is a fun game for all ages and is the fastest growing sport in America. This game is a cross between badminton, tennis, and table tennis. It's played on a court with a paddle and a wiffle ball.

Pinochle

One of the country's most popular games is at the Rigsby Center. No partners needed. Whether you are a seasoned player or new to the game, all are welcome! Enjoy coffee, cards and new friends every Monday morning.

School's Out Part Day Camp Farm Week at Folly Farm

Spring Break Balloon Art

Have you ever wanted to learn how to create an animal out of balloons? Basic twists will be covered along with how to inflate balloons, tying, and learning proportions. Students will make basic animals and sculptures to take home! Ages: 7-14

Spring Break Fishing Week

Anglers will learn knot tying, baiting, catch and release, conservation, reading of tides and weather and much more. Includes rod, reel, bait & tackle. Ages: 8-14

Spring Break Kayak Week

This exciting outdoor kayak week, taught by an ACA-certified instructor, introduces safe and proper use of the kayak and equipment. All equipment is provided. Child must be able to swim. Must wear closed toed watershoes. Playdough Playtime

Forever Fit

Multi-dimensional class using chairs, bands, straps and music to get us moving. The instructor offers modifications making this a multi-level class that is meant to educate, increase flexibility, mobility, strength, endurance, focus and balance.

Spring Break Magic Week

Stand Up Paddleboard Week

SUP week will be a 100% flat-water experience. During the week you will be educated on all fundamentals including water safety, paddling techniques and board handling. Child must be able to swim.
