Boot camp is a challenging, fun, and supportive workout! If you are new to exercise or just getting back into it, that's ok. You can go at your own pace and work your way up. The boot camp workout consists of cardio conditioning, strength training and stretching. Every class is different, so no two boot camp sessions are the same.

Join this fun beginner workshop series introducing the fundamentals of yoga. This small group setting will meet at outdoors at Folly Farm Gazebo weekly for four consecutive sessions to explore what yoga is all about. Learn/experience the fundamentals of a basic, gentle yoga practice. Explore yoga's many health benefits for the body and mind like: increased strength, balance, and flexibility, and cultivate peacefulness of mind/reduce stress. Allow yourself the experience of trying something new that may ignite or enhance your overall health and wellness.

Learn about gear ratio, sensors, programming and pulleys as they create fun-to-play games. Whether creating pinball machines, duck hunt or ring toss games, you are sure to have fun building, learning, and playing. Snapology's STEAM engages children using LEGO bricks, K'Nex, and technology. While the kids are having fun with familiar toys, laptops, and iPads, we sneak in the educational concepts.
