    Low Speed Vehicle Requirement Flyer

There are currently no designated roads in Safety Harbor for “Golf Carts.” For everyone’s safety, any vehicle on the road must be titled, licensed and insured per State Law, and all vehicle operators must possess a valid driver’s license. Any “Golf Cart” in Safety Harbor must be classified as a Low Speed Vehicle or a Converted Golf Cart. More information can be found at the links below. If your “Golf Cart” does not have a valid license plate it is not street legal in Safety Harbor.
