Municipal General Election Candidate Handbook

You can view the Candidate Handbook at the links below. To obtain a physical copy of the candidate handbook, you may contact City Clerk Rachael Telesca at rtelesca@cityofsafetyharbor.com or 727-724-1555 x1405. For a physical copy, the cost is $40 payable to the City of Safety Harbor. If a candidate qualifies to run in the municipal general election, the $40 payment will be returned to the candidate.
